Mirazur is a luxury villa located in the heart of the Côte d’Azur, in Supercannes, Vallauris. With a south-facing view over the Cap d’Antibes, the islands of Lerins, the Esterelle mountains, and the bay of Cannes, you will fall in love with this dreamlike house in a heartbeat.

There is a 15 metre, heated swimming pool, a jacuzzi, and a cocktail bar by the pool. You can always lounge on the terrace, or relax in the outdoor seating areas. We also have a table tennis table and pétanque court.

The state of the art cinema room, with a capacity to seat 8 people, is a perfect way to be entertained on colder evenings. There is also a pool table, next to the indoor bar. The living room and kitchen are both equipped with televisions, as well as every bedroom.

The Gaggenau equipped kitchen is split into two parts, and is suitable for a professional chef.

There is a sizeable wine cellar with a capacity to store up to 1200 bottles.

The garage allows three cars to be parked inside. Up to six cars can be parked outdoors.

Every room of the house is equipped with state-of-the-art heating and cooling technology, so you can be sure that your stay will be faultless.

There is also an elevator, wifi, electric shutters, and an electric gate to enter the house.

Within a 10 minute drive from Cannes, and a 30 minute drive to the second largest airport in France, Nice Côte D’Azur, Mirazur is connected, but still feels secluded and peaceful.

The Living Room
With multiple seating areas and a built-in smart TV, the living room, with its stunning sea-view, promises a very memorable social experience for everyone.
The Bedrooms
The house has 5 splendid, south-facing, sea-view bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. Each bedroom is equipped with a television, along with iPads to control the lighting and the blinds.
The master bedroom is located on the first floor, with its own terrace, bathroom and dressing room, along with a phenomenal sea view.

Mirazur has appeared in multiple films and television series, including ‘La Jeune Fille et la Nuit’ and ‘Riviera’.
We have also hosted multiple large events, including an annual Spotify party, and a major L’Oréal event.
